Refund Policy

At Eliana Davis Art, all photography prints and artwork are produced with care and attention. Because many items are made-to-order, we follow the refund and return practices outlined below to ensure fairness and quality for both you and our studio.

1. All Sales Are Final

​

Most purchases are considered final sale due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our prints.
This means we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering mistakes (wrong size, wrong product, duplicate orders, etc.)

  • Colour differences caused by screen or device variations

  • General dissatisfaction not related to product quality

However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damage, defects, or errors on our part.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong print, wrong size, wrong product)

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

​

To report an issue, email elianarubyiris@gmail.com within 13 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a refund to your original payment method

3. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

​

Your item may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit

  • The print quality is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • A manufacturing error occurred

​

Your item is not eligible if:

​

  • You selected the wrong size or product

  • You changed your mind after purchasing

  • You expected a different colour or appearance based on your screen

  • The issue is caused by natural variations in materials or printing processes

4. Lost or Missing Orders

​

If your order appears lost:

​

  • Contact us at elianarubyiris@gmail.com

  • We may ask you to check with your local postal service or neighbours

  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement

​

Please note: once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund for packages that go missing afterwards. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Return Shipping

​

In most cases, you do not need to return damaged or defective items.
If we request a return to confirm the issue:

  • We will provide instructions

  • Return shipping costs may be covered depending on the situation

No items should be returned without contacting us first.

6. Refund Processing Time

​

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:

  • 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

7. International Orders

​

International customers are responsible for:

​

  • Customs charges

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

​

Refunds will not be issued for packages delayed, returned, or refused due to unpaid customs fees.
