At Eliana Davis Art, all photography prints and artworks are carefully produced, packaged, and shipped to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing times, delivery, international shipping, and lost orders.

1. Processing Times

All prints and artwork are made-to-order.

This means:

Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or international equivalents, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International (outside Europe): 7–21 business days

These are estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Local postal services

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Your location
The size and weight of the items
The chosen shipping method

Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered for selected regions or order totals.

4. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Additional fees or delays caused by address errors

If you notice a mistake in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately at elianarubyiris@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries.

International orders may be subject to additional fees, including:

Customs duties
Import taxes
Handling fees

These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees
Delays caused by customs processing

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Some international orders may have limited tracking, depending on the destination country.

7. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost:

We may ask you to check:
- With neighbours
- At safe delivery spots
With your local post office

If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will arrange a replacement.

Please note:

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund for missing items.
In such cases, you may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

This aligns with our Refund Policy.

8. Damaged Orders During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

Email us within 13 days of delivery at elianarubyiris@gmail.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will review the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple prints or products:

Items may ship separately depending on size, packaging requirements, or production timeline
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments
